About the space
A space that inspires
Laboratory is a newly adapted standalone building with a total area of 2,500 m2, located inside the Jadran Film complex. The bright and spacious building is fully equipped with infrastructure and has six separate entrances that support flexible use and division by floor.
The space is heated and cooled by an efficient inverter system and fitted with complete IT infrastructure, including access to high-speed optical network connectivity. It is designed as a creative hub for a wide range of cultural, educational and production activities.
A major advantage is the surrounding park with mature trees. Infrastructure has been installed outdoors as well, including more than 1.5 km of cabling that enables distinctive lighting across the park around the building.
